Yes, it’s the old Post-Glucose Insulin – which he says should be below 30uIU/ml. Exactly as Kraft discovered many decades ago. It’s not just cardiovascular disease guys – it’s cancer too. And diabetes of course. And neurological degeneration. And…well you get the point. it’s healthy longevity !!
