Evidence now shows they were wrong about Sat Fat and #Cholesterol – so what do they do???

What a freakin’ circus this really is. What happens these days when the evidence increasingly proves you were WRONG, but decades of errors have led to countless individual and institutional reputations now being on the line? Admit the errors, and fess up?

Of course not.  Just ignore the evidence and entrench your position – using the same old associational junk science.

No other choice really – I almost feel sorry for them. But of course I don’t; because of what they have helped create with their mistake.
