My talk last May at BSLM nutrition conference in the Margaret Thatcher Building, Oxford University. The brief was to come and clear up the confusion on Fat, Cholesterol and Coronary Disease. Of course I up front added in the crucial power of the Calcification Scan and the CAC Score – not much point talking about coronary disease prevention without going through that!
