This is without doubt the ultimate movie on Fat, Carbs and the whole sordid history of how we ended up in the current chronic disease mess. Compelling viewing, and entertaining as hell all the way. I’m rather happy with my personal performance throughout the production too; but hell, I’d be biased there – right? Bottom
