BACK STORY: I was a speaker at Metabolix 2019, but at late notice (less than an hour) they asked me to jump on to the debating panel – well okay then. My role was to help bring some sanity to the LDL cholesterol debate, up against senior Israeli endocrinologists no less – well okay then.
